THE FLOSS TRAINING LEVEL 3 - FEB 7/8

Time to go deeper than ever with your Fascia and Floss education. Join Bon, and Minka - Master acupuncturist and herbalist for our next level weekend training. What to expect:

• Thorough 5 Element Theory for each meridian

• Advanced Fascia Floss + review Flosses for each meridian

• Further understanding of “feel” and recognizing tissue textures

• Partner Floss for each meridian

• Refining your personal practice and how you use Flossing to excavate and heal what is annotated in our tissues

• Minka will share about herbalism, I Ching, and Year of the Horse when appropriate

  *There will be no manual initially for this course, we will be in the practice of sharing through verbal heritage and physical practice, if a manual gets built later down the line, Bon will of course share it with you. Be prepared to take notes, move your body, & be practicing with other people. Recording will be shared with all participants (including those that cannot join live).
