This treat is part of our #SpringRefresh, a gentle cleanse designed to support your liver and gallbladder. Enjoy!

Green Bowl

(snack or dessert!)
1. teaspoon of organic spirulina
2. Half cup of coconut milk, fresh blended if possible
3. 1/4 wild blueberries
4. Alternative fruit: papaya chunks, mango, peach or nectarine
5. Scoop of your favorite vanilla protein (sun warrior, no rice) or collagen protein
6. Add on Chia seeds, splash of vanilla, cocoa nibs, carob powder, mesquite powder
