Spring Refresh - 7 Days to spring clean your bod!
This is our version of a gentle cleanse (and it’s more like a party than a cleanse!) to energize, support the liver and prep our body for spring! Each day your will receive an email with the day’s program, including meal suggestions, movement classes, and workshops. By the end of the week you are sure to feel renewed, energized and spacious. Fun to do this in the spring but this mild cleanse can be done anytime of year!
What to Expect:
When the challenge begins, participants will receive daily emails with:
-Flexible eating guide + recipes
-7 days of Fascia Flossing class (45mins)
-Daily Acupressure Tutorials
-Recorded special events and guest speakers, including a Feng Shui workshop, cooking class, recorded interviews with nutritionists, an Ayurveda practitioner, an aromatherapist, an acupuncturist, and experts chatting about herbalism and skin health.
-Guided meditations and activities designed to cultivate your WOOD element. Everything you need to brighten up your body and your spirit.
Why Refresh:
In gardens, as well as in many religious and healing traditions, Spring brings renewal, renaissance, and refreshing rejuvenation. Many aspects of cleansing suggest a quiet, semi-private endeavor, a moment when we come up against challenge, in a way that invites self-reflection.
It’s all about Wood:
According to Balance Acupuncture: “In Chinese Medicine theory, the Wood element belongs to the Spring season and its related meridian system pair is the Liver and Gallbladder. Together, these organs are responsible for the smooth flow of qi and blood in the body and regulates emotions. They are our “first responder” channels to the stresses in our lives. The Wood element teaches us about flexibility and adaptability.”
Spring makes for a great time to support our Liver and Gallbladder - or your Wood element.
Clear the Path:
This is not about deprivation, but about renewing post winter hibernation! As the trees are beginning to green, and sprouts thrust vigorously toward the light, we can re-root our intentions for how we want to feel this spring. Our food and movement choices, our exploration of the WOOD Element meridians and super-helpful acupressure points, can reveal insights for Spring and beyond.

What participants are saying…
Hi Bonnie!
I just wanted to write you a quick note to express how helpful and wonderful the spring refresh has been this week! I’ve been so exhausted in the weeks leading up to starting and it feels like I’ve found a whole pouch of it. Feels so nice to be guided and supported in making the right decisions in terms of meals (nice to get inspired with new ways), with a focus of detoxing but more so nourishing. Thank you!!!
Warmly, Margaux

Spring Refresh Yes!! I was determined to make it a week of self care and was it ever! So much in addition to the fab daily floss classes. The guidance on food, even recipes! The IG Live guest experts on feng shui, aromatherapy, sound baths, ayurveda and more. It was supportive far beyond my expectation. Thank you, Bon and team. I’m renewed!!!!
Love, Laura
