Posture isn’t about forcing your shoulders back — it’s about addressing the system that places + sets the bones: fascia.
If strength training or “correcting” your posture has never lasted or even worked, it’s likely a fascial issue. When fascia is imbalanced, no amount of effort will hold the body in alignment. Srtuctural fascia can be stronger than steel per weight (body commands and soft roller balls might not prove effective).
In this department, we work with the fascia first, helping your body return to its own personal neutral. As the fascial matrix balances, posture organizes naturally — without force.
