Changing your posture is a fascia issue. Someone told us to sit up straight, shoulders down — but did anyone help you change the exact system that determines where your bones sit?
Recognizing our fascial imbalances, changing them, and strengthening from there — that is the key. You’re going to experience an organic posture where you don’t have to hold yourself there anymore; instead, you’ll feel whole and connected.
So in this department, we will explore how sometimes, in order to strengthen, we must first balance our tissues — aka floss them. And sometimes we combine all of our well-being techniques (floss + strength) so that we feel powerful and harmonious within our own skin. Thank you for flossing — always.
