POSTURE + CORE DEPARTMENT

We are looking to elevate the health of our whole body while maintaining great energy flow. Strengthening our container so that all our bits and pieces don’t feel separate, but instead feel whole and connected. So in this department we will explore how, sometimes, in order to strengthen, we must first balance our tissues, aka Floss them! And sometimes we combine all of our well-being techniques (floss + strength) so that we feel powerful and harmonious within our own skin. Thank you for flossing - always.
